L'Oasi Delle Crete Senesi

The Oasis of the Crete Senesi offers a comfortable newly built apartment that can accommodate up to 9 people. It has a kitchen with an induction hob, fridge, oven, and washing machine, as well as a dining area with tables and chairs.

The apartment has three spacious rooms:
- two double rooms with the possibility of adding 1 person by opening the sofa bed (each), and one triple room with a double bed and a single bed. (Upon request, an additional sofa bed for 2 people can be opened in the triple room for an extra fee).

Each room has the convenience of its own private bathroom.

Externally, there is parking within the property, a patio with a furnished gazebo, tables and chairs, and a garden with a barbecue area exclusively for the apartment's use.

We are located in a corner of paradise known as the famous Crete Senesi, a typical hilly landscape known for its winding lines and changing colors with the seasons. Our property is the ideal location for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, for travelers who love to take breaks and for those seeking peace and tranquility in close contact with nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city.

In each room, there are mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi, and the possibility to use air conditioning, which serves as heating in winter. You can park your car within the property (uncovered parking) and enter and exit autonomously thanks to the remote control of the automatic gate that we will provide upon your arrival.

We will guide you in discovering our areas, suggesting trekking and cycling/mountain biking routes, thermal spas, and art cities that are easily accessible by car in an average of 20/30 minutes.

- Siena 16 km - Asciano 9 km - Rapolano Terme 16 km.

- Supermarkets nearby: Taverne d'Arbia 7 km and Asciano 10 km.

- Bars, restaurants, and gas stations nearby at 7/10 km.

In Asciano or neighboring areas, it is possible to rent bikes, including electric mountain bikes, with prior reservation. Additionally, there is the possibility of electric mountain bike tours (your own private bike or rental from a shop of your choice) with the guide Nicola from Crete Senesi MTB Experience. Car essential. No public transportation. No pets allowed.

- Bath towel set (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small) + bed sheets with weekly change.

- Final cleaning.

- TOURIST TAX €1 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.

- Use of air conditioning in summer.

- Use of electric heating.

A daily fee is applied based on the number of people occupying the entire apartment. See below for details.

Extra charge for the use of air conditioning:
- Up to 2 people: €15 per day (occupying 1 room)
- Up to 4 people: €30 per day (occupying 2 rooms)
- Up to 9 people: €45 per day (occupying 3 rooms)
Extra charge for the use of electric heating, not included:
- Up to 2 people: €25 per day (occupying 1 room)
- Up to 4 people: €50 per day (occupying 2 rooms)
- Up to 9 people: €75 per day (occupying 3 rooms).
